Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with Avery Manchester. If something’s not quite right, you have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, simply email support@avery-manchester.com with your order number, which you’ll find in your confirmation email or invoice.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you our return address along with clear instructions on how to send your package back.
Please note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the quickest option is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, it will be inspected within 2–4 business days.
After approval, we’ll issue a full refund, which will typically appear in your account within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please get in touch at support@avery-manchester.com.
